Crayola My First Washable Tripod Grip Crayons, 8 Count

I was able to find supplies which the teacher had requested that I couldn't find in stores. Excellent quality items.

I am a preschool teacher and found these amazing crayons! They're easy to use and help develop appropriate writing grip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave these to my 2 yr old because he is into coloring books now and likes to lay on the carpeted floor to draw and color. I don't have to worry when he colors outside the lines (off the page) because the color comes out with soap and water. He enjoys using them because he's able to handle them easily and I feel like the tripod grip is more ergonomic for him.The paper wrapper slipped a bit when I held them, but they don't move when he holds them because he's not bearing down as much as I am. However, I hope they stay in place when the crayons begin to wear down and we have to tear away a bit of the wrappers. Not a big deal though. Other than that, they work great for him!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When trying a new product from Crayola, I didn't doubt for a second that the quality of product was going to be as I have come to expect from Crayola. The crayons always are brightly colored and smooth to use. My twin are just starting to grasp objects in a coordinated enough way to put a crayon to paper. They were able to grasp these easily, and although I did have to work hard to keep the crayons out of their mouths, I know with Crayola, the products are always non-toxic. Peace of mind that my children are using a safe product and quality is exactly what I got out of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These crayons have helped my daughter learn to grasp crayons perfectly. She had a lot of trouble with regular crayons and at first grasp she was able to hold them correctly. As always with crayola the crayon itself is durable, bright and slides easily on paper. I wish I would've found these earlier and am completely in love with these crayons.

I purchased these as we could not find Crayola Jumbo Crayons for our grandson. Right off the bat as soon as we opened the box we see that the yellow is not true yellow. It is a soft greenish yellow. The crane is actually the color of the paper sleeve on the green crayon. We will have to replace them as our grandson is learning colors and this is very confusing. I understand that it's a different pigment in the wax for washability. But I see other customers photos show that they did receive a true yellow crayon. Tossed these into the box for our granddaughter who has many crayons and understands her colors.

Crayons intact but package damaged and dirty

Hello, I found these very expensive for what they are and they arrived out of the box. The box has remained a kind of flimsy holder for the crayons. Her teacher was very specific about wanting this kind so we were happy to comply. They seem like okay crayons but probably not necessary for a dexterous 6 year old given the price and packaging. We love other Crayola products, however!
