Crayola Take Note! Washable Gel Pen Set, 14 Count

Not sure how I ended up with a take note! Gel pen, but once I had tried it all the other gel pens in my desk seemed terrible. I purchased these and they are all as smooth and easy to use and the first one I tried (except for one pink one in the set which leaked, but I'm still very pleased with the pens overall). Everyone knows Crayola makes the best crayon, and now I believe they make the best pens too!

These gel pens are fabulous for ages 4-104, whenever erasable pens are preferred. Bright colors. Smooth writing. Has also been extremely helpful for our adult disabled daughter who had a stroke and who forced herself to train her right side to take over for her weakened left side. She so loves artwork!

Gel pens are great to write with. They have a rich ink texture that makes it possible to use them To color as well if you would like to. Just be mindful of too much ink transferring onto other side of page.

They are washable- comes off clothes and skin with soap and water, the pens write with smooth lines and don't leave streaks, nice to hold, and the ink size is 0.7mm. I have the 14 pack and it comes with two purples, two pinks, one red, two oranges, three shades of green, three shades of blue, and a black. They're all washable and are gel pens. Very nice, fun to write with, I like all the colors in the package!

these pens make writing fun and added bonus they are washable. this is the second pack we have bought. we love writing with them.

I bought these pens because I love bright colors to write with. I am a kindergarten teacher and I use them on student work, parent communications, taking notes in meetings, etc... I have been very please except for one pen that leaked ink (out the tip) all over the place creating a mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as we got these, my kids could not wait to open and start drawing. They have really enjoyed drawing with these pens and the color names are a hit with them as well. They love how these are really similar to the adult gel pens and that makes them feel really special drawing with them. The only thing to be aware is that although it says washable, it still stains their hands a bit when the ink gets on there.

I decided to try out these pens this school year as I have been a fan of crayola my whole life. Sadly, I regret doing so. I have only been in school for 5 days and the pens have leaked all in my pencile pouch. They are unclicked so it's not like they are rubbung against the sides writing on it. You can see from the picture just how much ink the purple has lost in 24 hours. I have taken them apart to see if they are cracked but none of them are yet they all keep leaking.

I was so excited to try these as I'm a bit of a stationary supply fanatic, but I was so disappointed! The colors are lovely and the ink seems smooth, but every pen is skipping horribly so I can't consistently write. I think the tips may be faulty somehow? 0.7 is the size I usually write with, but when comparing to others of the same size these write much thicker — maybe the tips are putting out too much ink/slightly leaking when they do decide to work? All told, I regret purchasing these as my pens for the new semester instead of the pentel energels and would not purchase them again.
