[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child was very excited to get to try this Wixel activity kit. I wish it came with more stencils, since the wixel pads are reusable. This is simlar in appearance to fuse beads but it's much easier (and less mess). I love that it uses washable markers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wixels unicorn activity is very engaging. The ability to repeat the artwork is especially useful for young minds to imagine different color patterns for the art. It is a well made product and quite sturdy.

My daughter did need a little help holding the template while coloring the squares, but the design looked awesome when she was finished! I was super impressed with how well the grid cleaned up. We followed the directions and it was like brand new after we soaked it.

We were able to use it multiple times in one day (only had to rinse with water, didn't have to soak at all)!! Would love to have had more than the two included designs and would love to see different size options in the future. Littles mapped out the size on graph paper to create their own designs!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are guide boards that help your little artist make sure their creation is perfect. It comes with a few markers that are very vibrant! What's even better is you can have fun over and over again with the washable canvas. And you can make your own creation as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This craft is a good idea in theory, but my kids had a little bit of a hard time keeping the stencil on the grid. They didn't understand that you are supposed to put the stencil on the grid first and then color. I had to really explain it to them. They did like the outcome when they were done though and had a good time overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old enjoyed coloring in the wixels. She started with the grid, but then decide to take the gird off and create her own design. She spent about 15 minutes working on it, but then said she was bored and moved onto another activity. Overall, she enjoyed the novelty of a new art kit, but wasn't overly impressed with the product.

They took a little while to get the hang of it, but loved how easy it was to "erase" if they made a mistake or didn't like something they did. I loved that it was reusable and portable so they had a fun activity we could take on vacation that didn't take up a lot of space and allowed for creative thinking over and over again.

The pen marks are not erasable

It was fun the first time using. It is short lived though, with only two designs in a package - and they are SMALL. They are NOT the size of a standard piece of paper like you might assume from the size of the outside packaging. Hard to clean if you don't wash it right after a kiddo has colored it (which is typically what I am looking for in an independent activity for a school aged child.
