This is a great option for getting a creatine trifecta in tablet form. I've taken them anywhere from 2-5 hours before workout and they've certainly given me a boost. Mostly I notice my muscles are more ready for the heaviest set, and also a more acute recovery after hypertrophic tearing of muscle fibers. I'm currently in a bulking phase using this product. I plan to stop using this it during a 1 month weight-maintenance phase and will update my review with any noticeable decline in the aforementioned benefits. Overall I believe this product drivers. This pills are indeed quite big. I actually turn them away from the flat side so the curved side is slightly lifted; I find they slide down much easier this way. First the customer service is the best I've ever had. The product came quickly and was what I expected . It's only been about a week but my muscles already look fuller , even with no loading period. I am also up 5# , but I have also upped my calories and protein intake , and have been heavier in the past when I lifted regularly and upped my calories. I am happy with the results so far , hope to continue my gainz

Been using this product going on 2 and half weeks. I can tell you this does work, Like any creatine you will retain some water, which is completely normal, but you will notice a huge difference on this, take 3 pills before a work out, the pump is crazy also, I stacked this with Beta Alanine, L-Arginine, BCAA's, and B-6, this has helped bring down my recovery time 10 fold, within a day after lifting I already start losing the soreness. The pills are big, but I am used to it and can take hand fulls of pills at once. If they are too big for you......cut them...simple solution, logical. Don't come on here and give these people 2 stars cuz basic problem solving is too hard for you. This is a great product. Peace.

Taste- Tasteless, which is great. No aftertaste when you swallow the pills, no burping up the pills afterwards. Exactly what you want from a tablet-form supplement.Ease of consumption- Pills are a bit large, it's not outrageous but it does take a big swig of water or protein. And 3 pills is a lot, especially if you are stacking it with a bunch of other stuff, then you end up taking like 15 pills every day. Not a deal-breaker, but if it could be 1-2 pills or a powder you can throw into your protein it would be better.Efficacy- Great. Definitely helps juice up your muscle cells with water, gives you that strength edge, helps you get the extra rep and maintain weight and strength when cutting a bit.Drawbacks-only the size and quantity of pills. Unlike a lot of creatine supps there is no intense water weight gain or bloating. That's a huge plus!Overall-7.5/10, very effective but can be annoying to take.
