This is a really cute alarm clock! The color might be a bit of a muted tone than one shown in the picture, but it looks soothing and zen, I'd say. The numbers are pretty easy to read, and it works perfectly. The design is pleasing to the eye, the alarm isn't too shrill - it's more of an insistent beeping, and pretty dang loud. Gets the job done, though.
Very nice clock for a young woman's bedside. Night light is a nice touch. I wanted a battery clock that actually ticks (my daughter loves to go to sleep with the ticking) but they're very hard to find.

didn't like that it said it lit up, but only lights up when you push the button,

It came broken and it's really hard to turn the buttons to set the time , box also came a little damaged
