CRC Electronic Cleaner Spray – Quick Dry Aerosol for Sensitive Electronics, Universal Vehicle Use, 11 oz

I bought the CRC Electronic Cleaner Spray because my electronics were starting to look like they'd been living in a dusty Western movie. Buttons sticky. Contacts questionable. Things are working… but with attitude. One quick spray of this stuff and it's like I hit the reset button on grime. It dries fast. I mean, actually fast. Not “wait 20 minutes and hope for the best” fast. More like “blink, and it's gone” fast. No residue, no oily film, no weird smell hanging around forever. Just clean, dry surfaces ready to behave properly again. Used it on: • Car connectors • Game controllers • A grumpy old keyboard • Some mystery switches under the dash Everything came back to life like it just had a cup of coffee. The spray nozzle is precise enough that you're not baptizing your entire project in chemical fog. It goes where you aim it. If your electronics are acting possessed but you're not ready to replace them, this is the exorcism they need. Would absolutely buy again. My garage shelf has officially adopted it.

I've used this stuff for years. I keep a can in my trailer tool box to clean the electrical connections before towing (the trailer sits around between jobs and the connections can get funky). Works great. I have in the wall electric heaters in my rental house. Just took all those out and cleaned them up really good with this cleaner and compressed air. They run better now. I have not used it on my computer keyboard yet, but I'm going to try it soon. I see no reason why it would be a problem. It is a liquid so I would use then blow it out with air and make sure it's dry. A hair dryer might work fine for that.

I found out about this product via YouTube. Came across a video when trying to research how to fix my driver seat that's been stuck in nearly full recline mode for about 3 years now. A gentleman did a video showing that this product being sprayed inside the control switch for the seat would allow me to move the seat back upright. I was a little skeptical but desperate to find a fix that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg at a body shop. The delivery came the day after I placed it and I waited a few weeks before actually using it but when I did I was blown away! I waited a few seconds hoping letting it sit would guarantee it to work and voila. My seat started to move upright in a way I haven't been able to use it in 3 years. I will always keep this product in my home and car as I'm sure it has other miracle abilities as well.

If you are a DIYer, you need a can of CRC Electronic Cleaner Spray. Don't confuse it with electrical contact cleaner. Contact cleaner is a much harsher product that will dissolve some plastics and circuit boards. CRC Electronic Cleaner Spray is made for switches, volume controls, dimmers, etc. It dissolves and flushes out oxidation so the device works smoothly and quietly. Also, a little goes a long way. A quick blast, followed by working the control a bit, and another quick blast is all you need.

it's the best contact cleaner made been around for years good on PC boards especially good if you own a hybrid car like me one should use dielectric grease for electronic connections they will last many more years if you clean them n use dielectric grease excellent for car battery terminals, especially agm, car batteries n connectors

The radio knob in my 4Runner was "slipping". When I turn it it would either not advance or move in a opposite direction. So, "slipping". I saw a video on YouTube and this is the product he used. It was the weekend and I wanted it stat! Awesome Wal-Mart delivered the same day!

Purchased this product to clean my Xbox controllers that were having really bad drift. After spraying the controller around both sticks and allowing the product a couple of hours to clean and dry I was amazed. The drift was totally gone. I would highly recommend this product for your electronics, specially for cleaning gaming controllers. Would buy again.

living close to the beach exposes quite a few electronic connections to a highly corrosive environment; the result being intermittent to no contact at all. On at least one occasion a partial short circuit occured from a corrosion build up. I have found CRC Electronic Cleaner Spray very useful in removing the contamination and restoring satisfactory operation. It's a must have at my house.

The item arrived incomplete. Whoever packed it was careless and didn't notice the spray tube was missing. This caused me significant inconvenience, as without the spray tube, I can't use it—it won't serve its function. On top of that, I've made multiple attempts to arrange a return, but no one has shown up via Walmart Plus, and I don't have time to take it back myself.

I thought that I ordered glass cleaner liquid or spray and glass cleaner wipes FOR ELECTRONICS. This item is NOT for glass and the wipes are NOT specifically for electronics, but I used them anyway. I may return the electronics spray if I can't find someone to use it. Perhaps I ordered wrong, could be.
