This stuff works great, anything with rust put it in, I left parts in over night, took them out in the morning an they looked new, just grabbed them with my hand no problem, love this stuff.
Tried it on some rusty bolts. worked very well....
This product really works. It is unbelievable but true. There is no noxious vapor or smell. Although I wore gloves to work with the product I got some of it on my hands and it did not hurt or irritate my skin. It removed rust from equipment within 24 hours and in some cases less time. This is an incredible product. I highly recommend it.
Used on under sill plates that are typically rusted on old cars and expensive to replace if even available. Poured in long narrow pan and let soak for 3-4 days, rust free. Obviously the pitting caused by the rust is there, but far cry from needing replaced. I'll treat them with something and put them back on.
We were looking for larger container sizes of this product and Walmart had them! The price was higher than we had hoped, but at least they were available and we had a 110% positive experience ordering. Shipping was prompt, items traveled just fine and actually arrived sooner than expected. We felt significantly more comfortable ordering from a company we've done good business with before. We would NOT, however, have bought smaller sizes if Walmart did not offer this larger size.
You have to take about a gallon out of the pail to give space to displace some liquid. When fresh, it will clean up rust amazingly without attacking the metal. The attached photos were a 4 hour soak. It doesn't penetrate under nuts well, so you might have to turn them out a bit. Every nut in the photo moved after soaking. Since you can reuse the stuff, a bucket will do quite a bit of metal before taking a lot longer. Safe to dispose of, won't burn your hands. Be sure to rinse it off the metal and put on a layer of oil after using it.
Works great, Ed able to restore many of my rusted tools.
Item was delivered quickly. The bigger pail size makes it work for bigger jobs. It keeps working, even after it looks and smells bad. Don't throw it out, it will keep working.
The product works good on rust. I use it on my exhaust tips and etc.
Here's the problem, if you're trying to remove rust from a container, say a gas tank, what the directions are not clear about is the importance of rinsing. If you don't rinse you end up with a sticky difficult situation. This may sound antithetical but rinse it with water and dry it quickly with warm air or a soft cloth.
