I have tried other creatine before but didn't like the side effects. The CREATOR creatine is the best I have ever had. No bloating, no cycling off and on , no bad muscle cramps. After a few days you will fill the after workout pump in your muscles all day. The only thing is it's hard to find in my local nutrition stores.

This product has really done the job to help my muscles heal and give me more strength it's been a week and I feel the difference thou the sourness is still there but not unbearable no pain no gain

im 49 years old and have tried many brands of creatine. this one is miles above all others i've tried. i noticed strength improvement almost immediately and after only using twice i had to get the container and read it to make sure i had the right stuff because the energy increase made me think i was taking a pre workout supplement. i use the icy rocket flavour and its good but you can tell your drinking a supplement. very strong. i love it though. it works amazing. highly recommend. i don't think i'll ever use a different brand.

Been taking this for 3 months, the results are there in both size and strength. In my opinion best option for value and quality amongst similar products. Scoop is too small though, needs a longer handle.

I've taking this for about two months now and absolutely love it. Definitely noticed the gains on strength and size. The only thing I wish was different is if the scooper has a longer handle lol but other wise love the product.

Great product used others just to measure up! Not the same taste is good as well.

This was the worst creatine I've ever purchased. It will not dissolve into liquid well at all. It clumps up into little particles that taste unpleasant when you drink it.
