I kind of have mixed feelings about this printer. I've now owned three of them over the past few years and the first two died for various reasons in about a year. The customer service from Creality is basically nonexistent, I tried to communicate with them about getting my printers fixed but I gave up after struggling to connect with anyone in China who worked for the company and spoke English. I have the two dead printers sitting in my office, never was able to any service on them so I HIGHLY recommend you use these printers with extreme care. So the reliability on these is pretty awful, but the software is kind of ok once you figure it out on your own since there are no instructions or anything on how to use it. The heated bed is OK I guess, I don't know. The bottom line is 3D printers are great but they're not ready to be sold to the average consumer as home electronics. They need at least a couple more years to get the ease of use to a sane level. So yeah, hopefully the bad luck I had with Creality is the exception and not the rule.
