I absolutely loved the Create a Treat Build Your Own Santa's Workshop Gingerbread House! Everything in the box was fresh, the pieces were sturdy, and the icing actually held everything together (a big win in my house). The decorations were cute and there were plenty of them, which made it fun to get creative. The assembly was simple and stress-free, the walls lined up perfectly, and the icing set quickly enough that nothing slid around. The instructions were simple to follow, and the whole thing came together quicker than I expected. It turned out adorable, very festive and perfect for holiday photos. Great for kids, families, or anyone who likes holiday crafts. Highly recommend for an easy, fun Christmas activity!

I was actually impressed with this kit. My daughters and I do a gingerbread house every year. This one was easy to put together and decorate. The only thing I would change was sprinkles in the kitchen are a bit messy but it's ok.

Good value, you get lots of candy decorations for the house. The kids enjoyed decorating it. I recommend getting more icing for assembly because there never seems to be enough.

With the slots in the base it was much easier to assemble without falling over and the icing has held strong for weeks now. Kids had fun decorating

it was very easy for a 8 year old with a little adult supervision. The house came out perfect. It's a great fun project.

It breaks very easily, so you have to be real careful. The icing is not real easy to use in the bag it comes in.

I ordered 2 gingerbread houses and both of them came totally broken. There was no padding, packing or a fragile symbol on the box. They would have been nice if they weren't a pile of broken cookies.

I purchased 2 of these houses. While all pieces were included - several of them in each box were broken or totally crushed. These are used each year in a competition - this year the theme ended up being houses destroyed by nature as there was no way to construct standing houses. I would not recommend buying from here as shipping/packaging is not a priority -

Package handling was unacceptable and careless delivered. How is it possible to send a fragile package plain without the proper protection? My son and niece were so excited to make their first gingerbread house on Christmas day. I couldn't be more disappointed.
