I purchased this for my grandchildren, but they haven't been here yet to put it together. I have discovered they (2 of them ) do not like the gingerbread ones. I had no idea you sold the oreo houses, but I love it and I know my grandkids will also. Thank you
My kids enjoyed making this Holiday house ,they are not a fan of gingerbread so finding a house made of Oreo was great. Their house came out cute ,most house kits don't include the tray so the house is falling down or is completely uneven but this kit included the tray which is the only reason they were able to make the house .The kit came with everything needed to make this Holiday house so it was a great activity for them .
I bought several kits for my grandchildren to give them something different to do together. They really liked putting it together. My granddaughter enjoyed helping her younger brother with the construction. They aren't going to put the others together until winter break. It will give them something to look forward to. I highly recommend the different kits!!!
I was nervous to order this online bc I read reviews that their product arrived broken. I'm happy to say that wasn't our case and both packages arrived in tact!
Came with lots of great candy to be creative with, but icing does not allow it to stand up. Icing color options were limited. My kid was pretty disappointed.
The product was fine. The Walmart experience was not. Despite an order system that said the requested item was in stock, it was substituted for something we did not want. No explanation given. Went to the store and they simply said it should be on the floor somewhere and offered no help.
Disappointing in every way: taste, value, materials and especially how there was little to no chance for the parts to stay together or upright as intended (or as shown in the photos on the boxes). The actual Oreo cookies included were the only things that were “as expected.” I bought 3 different Oreo house kits to build with grands - none of them were well designed or good quality parts/treats for the construction or for consumption. My husband and I (an engineer and an artist) are seasoned puzzlers/bakers/craft builders. With our grands we became so frustrated that we all gave up. We tried to fix these sets to get a photo to document our annual holiday tradition. But we moved on to our other activities and all agreed it was the last Oreo brand kit.
What a disappointment and junk. Every single piece was broken when we opened the box. The pieces do not feel near as sturdy as normal gingerbread houses.
10/10 do NOT recommend! Ours came broken, and we didn't even get the assorted candies that were supposed to come with it. Also, the little person it came with is off. Like the face is crooked. Because both the front and back of the house pieces are broken, the roof isn't stable soooo this project was a dud. Luckily my kids are little and don't too much care but I'm annoyed. Will not purchase this kit again.
The product was damaged when I opened the box. The cookie “wall” was broken so my kids couldn't assemble it. Disappointed.
