Wonderful
Since I've been using this creatine, my cellular hydration has increased significantly. Combined with other dietary supplements, my body has greatly improved its appearance for the better.

I find this is the easiest way (and best value) for me to get my creatine in because I don't like the texture of the powder. The pills are large though so make sure you don't have any issues with that.
