Good safeguard for mental clarity
I take it to improve mental clarity and it seems to help. Fewer tip of the tongue situations and better recall of events. The one drawback is the recent 20% increase in price but similar products are priced about the same.

Good tasting , convenient and easily chewed
Fine product. Very convenient to have a few stashed in gym bag and truck for those days I forget to eat one at home. Nice taste. Easily chewed.
