been 8 days now and I see my hunger slacking off some no late night runs to the ice box I think im going to order another bottle for when this one runs out.it is a good value but it would be nice if you didn't have to pay shipping charge that always takes a price up.

Being a diabetic I have to be very careful what supplements i choose to put in my body. I wanted to find a natural weight loss product that was completely organic. This one was it, the Creative Bioscience Green Coffee Bean is all natural and does not use Caffeine as it's primary active ingredient. It comes with 60 capsules which lasted me about 30 days as I would take 2 per day, one in the morning before breakfast and one in the late afternoon before dinner. My results I lost 19 pounds in the first 27 days just using the product with no real change in diet or heavy exercise just mostly the product by itself (I kept my portions manageable not over eating and stay active). I also used L1-cvenomphil extract with it and the combination works well for me. The cost will be higher that most other Green Extracts but I am a big fan of the quality of the products and in my opinion worth every penny. Will definitely order again.

Worked ok. It did take off some appearance of weight. I have used another brand that shows better results.

I walked 30min a day, I changed my eating habits just a little by cutting out sodas and sweets, even though with green coffee beans I shouldn't have to change my diet or exercise at all and I still should see results. I took the whole bottle as recommend, twice a day with a meal, but for me I saw no results. This product was not for me. I will try another product of there's. Wish me luck!!!!!
