The shipment came fast. Customer service was great. The package you get is deceiving because it doesn't look like much but it builds a big structure. My child loves it!

It takes awhile to put together but the fee charged is way too much. So know it can be done. Worth it.

Looks nice once completed. The wood is on the softer/thinner side but feels sturdy once complete. A few of the tnuts were cross threading but are easy to find at any hardware store. Overall a good product. My yound child loves it!

I was happy with the quick delivery to my northern address. I took the advice of some other posts and pulled everything out and sorted the wood and hardware on a table for easy access. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the numbers on the hardware bags were of no relation to the instructions. Make sure you open all the large bags of hardware as there are different sizes inside the bags. I found we spent a lot of time sorting the hardware, measuring them on the ruler supplied on the hardware page. The wood is very soft so make sure not to over tighten bolts, it does split the wood. A couple of boards were marked with the wrong numbers.....There was suppose to be 14 of the WD113 board, but we had 12 and 2 boards marked as WD114, which after looking through the instruction book realized WD114 is not part of the plan. With my organizing assistance my husband was able to put most of it together himself (needed some help once we got into the long boards) it took 8 hours. To see the smile on the kids face was well worth the frustration of mixed bolts! Hope the company reads this and can do a better job at sorting the bolts as we didn't realize the difference at first. We also had a couple individually wrapped hardware (couple screws and washers) left over....don't know where they go.

This playset was fairly simple to put together, however the wood split in a few spots when tightening. Shipping was fairly quick, all came at once. English manual inside the box, i thought it only came with french as it was taped outside the box. Two screws were missing, had to go to local home hardware for those.

Screws mot labelled appropriately. Much longer than 12 hours at 2 trained contractors due to having NO clue what screws go where. Wood cracks so easily. Spend the extra money and get something that will last longer than a year. Would NOT recommend
