I bought this as it is nicely weighted and has a lid. I keep it on my large tabletop palette and use it to place little piles of paint from the tubes when I'm painting with small amounts of different colors that I don't use regularly. I keep a Q-tip tip soaked in rublev clove oil in one of the wells. When I'm done with the painting, the left over paint is put in my mud pile and the palette cleans up well.
I enjoy having a separate palette to use for individual projects. This porcelain flower palette is perfect for my needs. The seven wells are sufficient for mixing any addtl. colors I need and it cleans up in no time. I can hold onto the palette for use of the same colors in the future if I desire and it's easily transported wherever I paint. Overall, a good find. I bought 2 for those times when I'm working on more than one painting at a time.
This product is great in that you can cover your paints when not in use with the pallet. I do wish I could buy another pallet separately.
These are quite large and heavy, much more substantial than I expected, with adequate well space for mixing washes.
Easy to pack these porcelain stacking style palette when taking them to my water color group that I paint with. They do not take up too much room the table.

Perfect for small projects and working in small spaces. The seven wells are generous a size.
The 20 - Well Creative Mark Glazed Palette is great. I bought one for each color group of watercolor paints I had. Now it is much easier to find the shade I want within each group. Beats pawing through all my tubes of paint when I am looking for the correct color. Additionally, I put little silicone "feet" on the bottom of each palette.
I'm a new watercolorist and will use these to hold my faces, blues, greens, crimsoms. BUT - one issue is that the bottom is rough and will scratch your furniture unless you put something on the bottom. With a felt bottom that I'll put on, these will be perfect.
