Crescent CX6RWM7 7-Piece MM Ratcheting Wrench Set

The open end get the wrench on fasteners in tight locations that might otherwise be difficult to get a ratcheting wrench on. The shape works on a variety of fasteners included rounded hex heads.

Ratcheting is an awesome feature, helping my change out and install motors easily and adjusting all threads. They are very thin making it easy to use and ratchet in tight places which is needed in my line of work sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this set not that long ago expecting the ratchet function to be on the closed end of the wrench, imagine my shock that the makers put it on the open end allowing me to get into tighter spaces even easier!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad I have these in my wrench collection now. The open end ratchet works great for stubborn brake likes and getting into tight places. The box end can fit on many different types of fasteners, even some that are partially rounded. These wrenches are super thin and having the thin walls on the box end are great. Overall an excellent product.

NOT ONE I SAID NOT ROUNDED FLARE FITTING .. I use them for every job project I have. I have one really big issue ....I want the rest if the set the skipped ones please

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen these types of wrenches before but resisted buying them as they looked a little gimmicky. However these open ended ratcheting wrenches work great in tight spaces. I used them on my auto and they worked as described. Smooth operation and saved me time by not having to reset the wrench constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wrench's are quality built. The finish is nice and even. I like the box end features where you can use it on any type of fastener 6pt, 12pt, etc... The open end rachet feature is a solution to a problem that didn't exist. I have many racheting box end wrenches that I love. This however doesn't seem like a feature that I will use often if at all after trying it. I would buy another set at a slightly lower price without the racheting feature.

I like the features X6 box end and the open ratcheting . . . . . however it will take some brain and time to learn how to use it, I like material and weight, but I don't for how long this nice look is going to stay on the tools (I'm using them in greasy places, mud, sand, etc. (after all this is a tool so is going to be used and abused)). Now what I don't like, to me it will be better if the tool company charges to us (the final customer) more and include the missing sizes (16, 11, 9) in the set, If you are working on a Japanese car, you know you are going to need those missing items that some genius in the marketing dept. (I wonder how many times a week this people work on cars?) decided not to include in the set, the case looks cheap and does not hold the wrenches in place and if you don't keep an eye on them, you probably going to end losing one or two (on a 7-piece set is a lot). I think for the price is fine, but it could be better, so people from Apex move your butt and come with something better you cannot spend the whole day playing video games sweat that check.
