Very good wrench set. Very well made. Wish the wrench size was stamped on the wrench rather than just printed/painted. Paint/print will wear off very soon. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these a few weeks ago for commercial Hvac. They have been awesome. Ratcheting is an awesome feature, helping my change out and install motors easily and adjusting all threads. They are very thin making it easy to use and ratchet in tight places which is needed in my line of work sometimes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wrenches are comfortable in your hand. The ratcheting feature is great for getting nuts and bolts out of tight spaces without needing to reset the wrenches. Added bonus is the packaging doubles as a carrying and storage case.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wrenches really are amazing to use. They operate smoothly and reliably. The open end side being the ratcheting side opens up so many opportunities that a traditional ratchet wrench can not do. I would recommend to anyone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the wrench set a few weeks ago and have been using them every chance I get. They seem to be built well, the only issue is that the black paint coating seems to be a little too thick and it comes off easily. But other than that these seem to get the job done. Will continue to use them and see how they hold up in the long run. The ratcheting feature works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wrenches are good quality and the open end ratcheting feature can really save some time. The universal box end also seems to grab well to prevent rounding on smaller nuts that are extremely tight. My only complaint is that they skip sizes which seems to be the industry standard unfortunately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using them for a month now. Good quality and love the black color. I like the option to have an almost ratcheting option. This does save time on a bolt the isn't super tight. If it is too tight I found the open end slips alot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw these and at first was skeptical of the racheting mechanism. But I have found that they are incredibly useful in situations where the other ratcheting wrenches fail. Namely anywhere you need an open wrench. I have used these on threaded rod with fittings in the middle, plumbing fittings, etc. Granted the ratcheting needs a greater swing, but I have yet to see a better open ratchet wrench.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these about three weeks and just got an excuse to use them. I love the spline on the box end because it grabs fasteners so well and greatly reduces the chances of rounding off the head. The open end ratchet feature works great as long as you have enough clearance. Sometimes, you have to flip the open end the other way in order to fit in a fastener. These don't work for that because of the ratchet feature, but if you have room the feature works exceptionally well.
I like the features X6 box end and the open ratcheting . . . . . however it will take some brain and time to learn how to use it, I like material and weight, but I don't for how long this nice look is going to stay on the tools (I'm using them in greasy places, mud, sand, etc. (after all this is a tool so is going to be used and abused)). Now what I don't like, to me it will be better if the tool company charges to us (the final customer) more and include the missing sizes (16, 11, 9) in the set, If you are working on a Japanese car, you know you are going to need those missing items that some genius in the marketing dept. (I wonder how many times a week this people work on cars?) decided not to include in the set, the case looks cheap and does not hold the wrenches in place and if you don't keep an eye on them, you probably going to end losing one or two (on a 7-piece set is a lot). I think for the price is fine, but it could be better, so people from Apex move your butt and come with something better you cannot spend the whole day playing video games sweat that check.
