This is by far the worst chicken I've ever bought. It's definitely not halal. When I opened the package, it had a strong odor, and the legs had a purple tint from blood. When I sliced into the thigh, the meat was also purple-tinged inside. The first chicken I purchased smelled very strong as well. Even after cleaning it with various methods (lemon, salt, vinegar), the taste was so off-putting that we couldn't eat it. I ended up throwing the chicken in the trash and will never buy it again.
