Broken spring
I bought my pair of cutters a year or so ago after my old pair finally became badly worn. Incidentally, that pair had blue handles. My replacement worked very well for a few months, and then the spring in the handles broke. It appears the spring was damaged during assembly. I would like to know if these have a warrantee. They are not at all comfortable to use without this spring.

Bait and Switch
I ordered the blue and grey pliers because I had two pair that I loved and used everyday. Now that they are gone I needed to replace them. I ordered these pliers because the name and picture matched my old ones. To my surprise the new ones are red and black. They are designed differently. I specifically needed the feature that allows you to customize the lock placement and for some reason they won't lock where I need them to. Otherwise they are sharp but not useful if you need the spring action locked to ease hand fatigue.

Junk.
I got these and only used them twice and they broke right at the fulcrum point. just cutting 10 gauge wire. and they don't want to honor the warrantee that they brag about so much.

good for a little while
pliers showing sign of corrosion and locking mechanism is wearing out prematurely which is really a shame i loved the when i first got them because of the light weight but at this juncture I regret the purchase of all three from this series
