Crescent PSX204C 2-Piece X2 Long Reach Plier Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The older I get the more I drop stuff, especially when working on cars and that stuff goes down into a cramped engine compartment. Usually the drill is to get something long and knock whatever it is (usually a bolt, nut or screw) down the rest of the way to the ground if possible (best case), and then having to climb under the car to fish it out. These pliers make it a one step process by grabbing the item first, instead of having to knock it loose and then climbing under the vehicle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got them a few weeks ago and have been super excited to use them. Opened them up and you can feel how good they in your hands after opening. I used them for two projects so far and am not sure why I didn't get them sooner because I'm sure I could of used them a ton more times before this. Worked fantastic to get the flexible gas line connection kit through my weird hole in my floor to pull it up to connect my gas stove. Also worked great on repairing my daughters power wheels! I definitely recommend them to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pliers are awesome! The joint is never wider than the jaws themselves, so these are awesome for getting into tight spaces. Great for pesky tube clamps that are hidden deep, or spark plugs that the spark plug socket refuses to hold on to. Really long and really versatile, I'm going to get good use out of these. Handles seem relatively chemical resistant so far, but we'll see how they fare over time with solvents, brake fluid, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work on everything, from passenger cars to heavy trucks and quarry equipment. Engineers dont like mechanics and always put stuff in dumb tight spaces. These things are a lifesaver for reaching that dropped nut that's just down out of reach for your hand and too narrow for your regular long reach needle nose. Theyre also extremely durable as ive put the squeeze on them pretty hard, so them breaking shouldnt be an issue. Once you have them, you'll use them more often than you think you'll need to.

They were a little heavier than I thought they would be, but I think it adds to the durability of the tool!!
