Crescent Z2, Mixed Dual Material Pliers 3 Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed some pliers and I found this three pack of pliers that contains everything that I need and they are Cresent tools brand, so you know they will be quality tools and they did not disappoint. They are the right size and feature without being too heavy - as well all know that may pliers can be heavy and yet not have the right force or gripping teeth to get the job done - not with these - they have what I need to get the job done. From the standard pliers with built in cutting surface to the super long needle nose pliers - to get into the smallest of spaces, and the adjustable pliers, they all are built well. All of the tools have a great surface to the gripping surface, I am sure it is designed to last and also hold tight, they are cross cut on the needle nose pliers - which makes grabbing whatever you are after easy. The adjustable pliers have finger holds built into the rubber hand holds to make getting credence on a nut easy - no more slipping. There is a big plus to this set - they look great in my toolbox, with the black, orange and steel colored design .

The channel locks are loose enough to use with one hand. The lineman pliers are great with the cutters and even the wire stripper made in. The needle nose are long and slender great for getting in tight spaces where it's needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a new needle nose pliers, and when I saw this 3 piece combo set I couldn't resist. The handles on all three tools is great, not too bulky and allows for good tool control. The needle nose and lineman's pliers have great cutting edges and the tongue and groove pliers don't have any excess slope like all the others I own. With a lifetime warranty I don't think you can go wrong with this plier set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tools. I'll start with the needle nose pliers. I used these recently when replacing 40 electric recepticles , and about 20 light switches at home. They worked flawlessly, the jaws have a really gripping surface, have a great feel in your hand. The water pump pliers are just as stout, same quality feel, fit and finish. I used these recently on some 1/2” natural gas line I was taking apart, they really gripped the pipe, no slipping. And last but not least the diagonal cutting pliers, are great also, same quality feel fit and finish, also feel great in my hand. I was using these to cut some #8 stranded copper wire that I was running to my generator, cut with a lot less effort than I expected. All 3 are great tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great combo set of pliers! Lineman's pliers are razor sharp and perform great. Adjustable set clamp amazingly and have plenty of leverage. Needle nose set are a great all around plier, gives you plenty of grabbing force and doesn't allow things to slip out of the jaws. My only complaint is the needle nose have a little twist in the jaws when rotating items with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used these tools for projects around the house. Excellent build quality, very durable tools. All three open and close smoothly, there's no sticking and they are not hard to operate. Grip strength is above average. I never felt that the tool would slip off of what I had to grab or hold. Even the needle nose pliers were more than sufficient in grabbing a thin piece of metal to slide it in position. Overall, I would highly recommend any and all of these tools for the diy'er or professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used both the 10inch and the 8inch needle nose both have held up awesome the jaws on the 10inch are still extremely sharp after using it for adjusting tie rods on a customers vehicle and I even left them out it a rain storm and the next day when I found them the rust was minor and they are still just as good as the day I opened them. The needle nose set has a really great set of features and I love the cross hatching on the tips for gripping stripped screws.

The grips on these are unbeatable for the price, and each plier feels like a quality tool that's not going to slip and not going to break. The cutters also are top notch and have no issue cutting stranded wire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crescent Z2 line have awesome grips which is included on all of the pliers in this set. The linesmen have excellent cutting power and open and close easily with minimal break in time. The water pump pliers adjust nice and easy with great bite and smooth action. They stay in there adjusted position with no slip even under toque. The needle nose have nice grip and come to meet up nicely. They have a built-in wire cutter and a section to grab bolts and nuts. The only downside to them is the tips are a little on the big side but in line with others in the size catagory.
