But it does have a refreshing mint taste without the weird peroxide after taste (think those green LS mints flavor) and leaves my mouth feeling clean, cool and refreshed without the burn of most mouthwashes. Overall I'm a believer, and if my teeth get whiter, I'm all for it.

Also YES. But does it work? ABSOLUTELY. I could tell after about a week that my teeth were noticeably more white. My husband could tell after about two weeks. So I for sure think it's worth the struggle of gagging on that yucky taste for a bit in order to have noticeably whiter looking teeth! I will continue to purchase this product. I just wish they could improve the flavor!!!

While I can't speak to the effectiveness of the whitening aspect as I can't see too much difference in the whiteness of my teeth, I can however speak to the effectiveness of the bad breath killing part of it. Because after I use it, it leaves me with fresh breath for hours it seems to me.
