Great toothpaste . It has a nice minty taste, with a bright shine and whiten my teeth. It doesn't cut up the inside of my mouth like when I use other toothpastes that contain a lot of baking soda . Although it won't whiten as much as whitening strips or in office treatments it will brighten and reveal a noticeably whiter smile. Good price too.

I like the flavor, and it foams and feels good to use. I find the best way to help with brushing is to brush, spit, then NOT rinse for a while. This helps keep the toothpaste on your teeth and let the active ingredients (fluoride and whitening) do their thing. Maybe brush your teeth, then shower/shave/dress/whatever, then go back and rinse your mouth. My dentist has been happy with these results, and I think my teeth thank me for it.
