I'm primarily a Crest toothpaste user, mostly to avoid the antibiotics/antimicrobial ingredients that some other brands use. This 3D White toothpaste has received positive results in some magazine studies, and I've found it helps a little bit in whitening, if only temporarily. I like the flavor, and it foams and feels good to use. I find the best way to help with brushing is to brush, spit, then NOT rinse for a while. This helps keep the toothpaste on your teeth and let the active ingredients (fluoride and whitening) do their thing. Maybe brush your teeth, then shower/shave/dress/whatever, then go back and rinse your mouth. My dentist has been happy with these results, and I think my teeth thank me for it.

Just OK, It still has toxic fluoride, but cost effective. Much smaller tube.
