My family like this toothpaste. It leaves our mouth fresher and the flavor is not bad. It is hard to say that if my teeth is whitening but I believe it is. I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really skeptic when I started noticing "charcoal" toothpaste popping up on the shelves in recent months and even more skeptic when many of them included special oils, such as "hemp seed oil"! The packaging does not give much of an explanation as to why this addition is beneficial, so it is up to the consumer to dig a little deeper. The illustration on the box even adds to the confusion, since cannabis leaves appear to be part of the layout. Hemp is a variety of cannabis plant that has numerous uses, but the seeds of the plant are extracted and pressed into oils which have been found to have many health benefits. In toothpaste the main contribution of the hemp seed oil is to provide a moisturizing & soothing sensation within the mouth while brushing, help lift out bacteria, whiten teeth, and freshen breath. Now to the charcoal! I love it! Yes, it is sparkly black, but since only a pea size is needed, it is usually not a messy experience. It has a slightly gritty texture, but that along with the mildly minty taste only contributes to making your teeth feel cleaner and your mouth fresher after using. That feeling also seems to last longer than with other toothpastes I've used. Another positive is that this type of toothpaste does not foam as much as regular toothpaste, making the task of brushing easier. This product is part of the 3D WHITE/WHITENING THERAPY line by Crest. WOW! After using it for a few weeks, I am pleasantly surprised to say "It works"!

It has a wonderful hemp essence leaving my teeth and mind feeling ready and relaxed for the day. After brushing my teeth right before bed I feel relaxed and ready for a good nights' sleep with freaky fresh breath. It doesn't taste like hemp, just regular mint!

It was a bit weird at first that it was black from the charcoal, but the flavor and texture are great. We will continue using this toothpaste in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely see a difference in just a few uses, I love the addition of the hemp oil (switched from Crest Charcoal Fresh Mint) being older my dentist actually recommended this bc hemp oil acts as a bone stimulant to help repair damaged teeth and bone structure which naturally happens as we get older, it also helps with inflammation and it's anti bacterial and anti-fungal agent. It is very gentle and after using my mouth is left fresher and my teeth feel clean, highly recommend this product, you will not be disappointed.

The smell to it is really nice however the whitening part doesn't really do me an justice. I haven't seen a difference in my teeth color I'm also not so sure what the hemp oil is used for exactly. It's just normal toothpaste to me

The taste took a little getting used to, as it left a slight, dry baking soda aftertaste in my mouth. It was smooth and no gritty texture after rinsing. I'm not sure what the benefit of the hemp seed oil is in a toothpaste. It didn't make any difference to me.
