Everything you need is included. The strips are individually sealed and are so easy to stretch and apply, and they didn't hurt my teeth! I like how they come with an ultraviolet light to boost your treatment. The light is also so easy to use. It's on a timer so it's goof proof. Just put the mouthpiece in your mouth and press the buttons. I can't wait to see what my teeth look like at the end of this box. I noticed they are slightly whiter already, after just a few uses. I will definitely be continuing to whiten with Crest 3D Whitestrips

The LED light that came with it really made the huge difference. I've tried other strips without a light and they work but not as quick or good. The light is a huge positive add on to this product.

I avoided sensitive spots, but overall loved the results. Slight increase in sensitivity in already sensitive areas, so I skipped those. Easy to use and effective.

I was impressed with the sticking power of these. They didn't have that slimy slippery feel and stuck well to my teeth the entire time I had them on. I haven't been able to test them for long enough to know how effectively they whiten, but so far so good.

You leave them on for 45 minutes which can be a bit long. Especially since in my case they got pretty foamy - making it hard to use while working. They were super easy to put on my top teeth, but my bottoms aren't as straight and they kept sliding around. They never fully came off though, until I took them off. I will say I noticed a brighter smile after the first few treatments.
