I feel it's a great value for your money because it is dentist level whitening without the high cost. The flavor was palatable and the ingredients are tolerated well by most people. The whole package comes with a whitening pen and timed booster light was a bonus. I found it whitened my teeth well even after the first application.

This was a great deal, the packaging is so shiny it's like it's yelling “try me!!” The flavor is subtle, usually it bothers me if it's too much but this was perfect.

I added the light to make sure it cured properly and it was super easy just apply then in half hour put the light on it till it goes out.

The easiest part of the process is keeping your mouth open for 60 seconds. Keeping an led light mouth guard in for half an hour is a little difficult. The product is not harsh. I think it would take several uses along with whitening toothpaste to see significant results. If you have a half hour to spare every day, this could be a great add on to dental hygiene.

The pen allows easy precision application and the light helps boost the stain fighting gel. Plus it's safe for your enamel. I used this for week after breakfast. I brushed my teeth first than applied the gel. The first time I had to twist the bottom about 10 full times to get the product to start coming out. I used the included light which took about 5 minutes and then waited 30 minutes before eating or drinking. The gel feels and tastes similar to a fluoride treatment at the dentist. I'm definitely seeing a brighter whiter smile. The minty flavor did mildly upset my sensitive stomach .

I haven't been consistent with doing it frequently, but I like that the whitener isn't harsh on my gums and that the instructions say you can do it up to 4x a day. Not sure how much the enhancing light helps, but I would definitely recommend the pen applicator.
