First of all, it is lightweight like a cloud, as opposed to the usual dense white paste. The foamy aspect makes it feel like it's spreading everywhere in my mouth, with little effort from me. I feel like I have squeaky clean teeth when I'm done. I have also noticed the decrease in everyday bad breath.

The foaming action gets to places a tooth brush might miss. Fresh breath and germ free mouth is a plus! My teeth always feel clean and fresh feeling for hours!
