My mouth feels dirty after brushing with this. It's slimy with a weird aftertaste. I always choose crest so when I had sensitivities I wanted to stick with them over sensodine, but this product didn't help my teeth at all and it is soapy. Definitely would not recommend and I feel I wasted my money.

I received this toothpaste for Christmas and finally started using it. After the first time my mouth didn't feel clean. I thought maybe that would improve but it's persisted. My mouth doesn't feel clean and it doesn't leave any freshness. I have finally decided to stop using this toothpaste as my teeth just don't feel clean. Each night I brush them probably 2-3 times and still find they feel scummy.

Why do companies feel the need to constantly change products? The old formula was great with the gel. This one has a weird taste, texture and is not refreshing. Bring back the old formula!!!

This used to be my go-to toothpaste until recently. I chose this toothpaste several years ago to battle a newly developed sensitivity. Recently it has undergone a formula change and is now marketed as a "smooth formula". I used it once and threw the tube away. It is a horrible texture that awkwardly foams up and my mouth did not feel clean afterwards, there was no minty freshness. I am typically never that person that rights reviews, especially on toothpaste but I am so disappointed in this change. Time to start shopping for a new go-to. I also love that the tube size is subtly smaller and the price tag is slightly higher...

I've been using Crest for most of my life (over 40 years). When my dental hygienist recommended that I switch to a sensitive toothpaste I chose Crest. I have always hated the texture and taste of other toothpastes (Colgate, Aquafresh etc), the switch to the sensitive toothpaste was an easy one, I got all the things that I liked about Crest. A couple weeks ago I bought a new tube of this same product, and it is HORRIBLE! It's gooey, the colour is day glow blue. I'm so unhappy and have to find a new toothpaste. I feel that I cannot trust Crest to be my choice in the future.

I never use the word hate But I hate the new formula. Crest you just lost a customer and a mom who buys for the whole family and Inlaws. It's horrible

So annoyed that Crest changed the formula that I've used for years. It was just great. The new “and improved” smooth formula is slimy. No other word comes to mind but slimy. Totally totally horrendous!!!! Boooo
