I noticed a huge difference just within the first couple of days, all other toothpaste leave me with bleeding gums and spitting blood into the sink. With this one, I didn't see any blood when brushing my teeth. I highly recommend it and will definitely be buying this stuff from now on!

But ever since using this twice a day, I haven't noticed any bleeding. I think it has also helped the sensitivity in my teeth, because I can better drink cold drinks now. They called it a gingivitis case and didn't want it to get any worse. I also felt like I was sensitive to strong mint toothpaste flavors as well. I am glad to report that Crest Pro-Health Gum Detoxify is made specifically for gums like mine and is designed to help gingivitis and stop the bleeding. It is a very mild mint flavor so it doesn't irritate my already irritated gums. My entire mouth is left with an all over clean feeling.
