These products are a game changer, I don't have any before pictures, because I absolutely hated my smile, but since I've started using this two step method, I catch myself smiling so much more. It REALLY does it's job 2.)It starts visibly making a difference within a week or two of continuous use 3.)It's safe for daily use (according to the box) and shouldn't cause any issues like some whitening products do Cons: 1.)It does have a bit of a high price point 2.) It only works if it's your only toothpaste, once you stop using it daily, results are gone pretty quickly The pictures I'm posting are how my teeth look with just using these, I didn't use any other whitening products, and I was honestly so amazed. I can't imagine the results if paired with a whitening mouthwash, and strips. I tried the Crest 3D White Brilliance 2 Step system because I wanted something easy that could brighten my teeth without strips. The whitening effect is definitely there — even after a few uses I noticed my smile looked a little brighter. BUT… I also noticed that if I left Step 2 on even a tiny bit longer than the instructions, I got a sharp “zing” feeling, almost like instant sensitivity. It wasn't unbearable, but it was enough to make me nervous because it felt like the start of real tooth sensitivity. So now I only use it for a very short time and not every day. If you have teeth that get sensitive easily, be careful with how long you leave Step 2 on. It works, but you definitely have to follow the timing closely.
