As Helpful as Hoped
I got this primarily because it was one of the gum health and whitening toothpastes that showed up on the ADA's approved list. I actually like it better than Sensodyne, my previous toothpaste, because it makes my mouth feel cleaner and fresher. It also seems to whiten better and my coffee stains are just about gone!

Great toothpaste!
I've personally used Crest since I was a kid and have always been satisfied with their quality products. Good value for your money and freshens your breath. My dentist is very pleases with how my teeth and gums look .

It does whiten teeth. Its best to follow recommendations to brush for 2 minute's at least twice a day. Brushing teeth and gums.
