Am a longtime Cricket customer, do this device is an upgrade from a C store Motorola in 2021. Just swapped out SIM card %26 This ICON is working well. I need to adapt to some features after old habits but EXCELLENT PRICE FOR UPGRADED NEW device !

zIm supper happy with th icon plus cricket it has fingerprint recognition on the side and great screen easy to see texting and a great camera.

I was not able to use the new SIM card due to not having the 16 digit order number required for the activation on cricketwireless. The screen does some sort of weird dimming automatically and I have not figured out how to turn that off.
