It Snapped crackled and popped while charging
The phone is fantastic, but I had to endure a three-day ordeal before I could use it. I charged it while doing something, and the phone, much like Pop, started cracking and the screen exploded. Consequently, I'm purchasing a replacement, but it's still an excellent phone. Since I didn't attempt to get a refund or sue them, I simply bought another one. That's how amazing the phone is, but I didn't have it. I was without it for three days, and it blew up on me.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It has everything you could want or need from a phone. And the camera is nice to.

Icon 26 Cricket Cellphone.
Am a longtime Cricket customer, do this device is an upgrade from a C store Motorola in 2021. Just swapped out SIM card %26 This ICON is working well. I need to adapt to some features after old habits but EXCELLENT PRICE FOR UPGRADED NEW device !

I was not able to use the new SIM card due to not having the 16 digit order number required for the activation on cricketwireless. The screen does some sort of weird dimming automatically and I have not figured out how to turn that off.
