I had no problem setting this phone up, transferring my Cricket account to transferring my content to the new one. Haven't had a problem with it yet. Very satisfied!!

I like the size of the phone, but I don't receive any text messages. The phone will also freeze so answering the phone is difficult at times. The volume will also decrease at will

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
you get what you pay for "CHEAP PRICE" "CHEAP PERFORMANCE"! it doesn't have the standard android capabilities, no "HEY GOOGLE", "NO TALK TO TEXTING", "NO SPELL CHECK", "SCREENSHOT ABILITY", THE IGNITE/ START BUTTON IS ON THE RIGHT CLOSE TO THE VOLUME BUTTONS MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR NO LOOK ONE HANDED USE!

one very unsatisfied cricket wireless customer.
I have had cricket wireless for 3 months and I think I've only made 3 to 10 calls somewhere in that neighborhood I can't tell exactly it's been a while. I believe this is the worst company I have ever dealt with I don't have no data no nothing no Wi-Fi there is nothing I can do with my phone but use it for a paperweight. it's making a buzzing soon sound I can't even get through to 611 to let them know I have a problem. very bad service for the customer.
