Cricket Wireless Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, 128GB, Blue Black - Prepaid Smartphone

I love this app it certainly helps make shopping easier and allows me to have more time in my day. It also prevents me from spending more money than intended by getting only what I order online than if I would be walking through the store. The only thing I don't like is not seeing weather or not my money is really being returned to my cards when an item is not available. Other than that, I love the convenience of this app and appreciate the workers who help this to possible.

I have ZERO complaints with this Samsung Galaxy A15 5G 128GB smartphone, it is exactly what I wanted and needed, and has not let me down! It is Cricket locked/branded, but that's ok, I plan to stay with Cricket for a long time! For the record, this is my SECOND (exact same phone) buy from Walmart! I guess I like it really well huh? :)

I had upgraded from the moto g 2021 power to this phpne and its a significant improvement in everyway, camera is 10 times better, i opted for storage on this model so its got that and though it does not have the shake flashlight i did set up the power button to turn flashlight on with a double tap, very fast phone and almost everything is customizable either because of google or samsung. just get a full body case if you get this phone, it will be worth the money if your thinking about it

so far so good ive had it a month. Its fast and has so many options for the phone and for the operating system of the phone. I got it for way cheaper at Walmart than what cricket was selling it for. I also got more space.

I dislike the fact that this third-party seller, Rapid Rabbit, did a bait %26 switch advertisement and shipped a substitute phone, without my consent, that wasn't even for my wireless carrier. They said I could return for full refund, but when package arrived it had a note on the box stating, "Claim lost after delivery or no SIM, and no refund." Seller told me to go to Walmart for refund. Seller finally sent shipping label, and I shipped it back immediately. USPS confirmed delivery, but my Walmart account still said phone wasn't returned. After conversations with 10 different Walmart Cust. Svc Reps, none of whom had any ability to do anything other than log that I called and to tell me someone would contact me within 48 hrs. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. Two told me that I would get a refund, the last one said he was putting it into the system as we spoke. He also said there had been other complaints about this particular seller. The next day I received an email from Walmart that they were denying me a refund because it was a third-party seller. Email did not even allow me to respond. Rapid Rabbit is an unscrupulous, predatory seller, and Walmart allows them to do this with impunity. Seller has no incentive to do anything but wait till your time runs out. They have both your money and the item you returned to them. Walmart DOES NOT stand behind their customers in allowing this kind of behaviors on the part of third-party sellers!

The new phones are too large and uncomfortable to handle. also they have no user replacable batteries and that is deal breaker coupled with excessive size. i want a phone not a tablet and stop making disposable products in our polluted world just for profit and greed. Less is More and time to enact that.

its really my fault. i ordered this phone somehow thinking it was a straight talk product. but im returning it. i count it a loss. when i called the help lines it was so unhelpful. never did find out how much their plans were so forget. it shouldn't be this hard to talk to a person

Glitches beyond belief, opens apps whenever it likes, screen freezes, and it likes to send texts on it's own. Returned and got a replacement, did the same thing. So it wasn't just an unlucky package.

Shuts down all of the time and takes forever to go to the internet. Had to buy one from them. Walmart in Choctaw, OK wouldn't let me return it after Corporate said I could.

Bought this cell phone and was only able to use it one day before it stopped working. Tried charging it but doesn't charge or turn on just a black screen
