Arrived on time. Very beautiful as described. Packaged well but delivery was crucial.. the box was torn almost in half and I lost a limb from the tree. However, no worries my tree is still beautiful and growing.

Very dissappointed whenever I opened my package for this item. The tree was COMPLETELY bare, I understand its a baby tree, but what I got compared to the advertised picture was COMPLETELY different.
