I ended up calling cricket customer service twice because my machine would not calibrate. After an hour on the phone it was determined that my circuit has to be replaced. Now my business is on hold because my machine doesn't work

The machine works. I don't know if it's the best but I like it. I'm disappointed that it's missing so many stuff out the box and the seller didn't even respond to my message. Or at least give a discount for inaccurate details of product.

Internet is a big component of using this item. It is more than just the initial download of the application. After you have designed your product offline, you have to reconnect to the internet to be able to print or cut your project. Currently live in an area with spotty internet capability, could not even complete the free intro project to test the machine because of the less than stellar internet capability.

purchased the bundle and only received the machine, cutting mat and tools. none of the other items promised. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get them to send what was promised when I purchased it! Wow this sucks! walmart customer service was great though.

Cannot use with my current laptop or any of our 9 Chromebooks in the house and it is to late to return since my husband works and didn't get a chance to open it until after the 30 day return policy.

I bought this as a gift to replace one that due to unfortunate circumstances was lost. They tried using it and it wouldn't cut completely or stop half through and say connection error. After several attempts to fix it, it still doesn't work right.
