Cricut - Joy Machine - Grey/Aqua

Cricut joy extra bundle. Wow you get so much to try out, espeacially for a newbie like me! The bundle is so cost effective, you even get a cutting machine.Ive yet to try the machine out, that's because I also have the cricut Joythat I'm getting acquainted with. But I would highly recommend either, especially with the design package, the help is there for you.

I bought my Cricut Joy Xtra with a full package of items and a subscription on a Black Friday whim. Im a Scrapbooker and wanted to be able to make more titles... thats it. Little did I know it would be so easy to use that it gave me unbridled confidence. Why, yes I can make customized thermal wine containers. Why yes I can make custom ephemera. Why yes I can make precise stickers for this exact event. The materials are high quality. I am so glad I bought my Joy Xtra. Oh yah! I do make titles and I use it to journal! Its so great.

What a fabulous little machine. I already have a Maker 3 but wanted something smaller that was easier to move around. I felt the Joy Xtra was perfect as A4 is my go to paper and card size. Very easy to set up and it cuts really well. If you're tight on space or struggle to lift one of the bigger machines then this is a perfect choice. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect machine to leave up on my desk. I do a lot of print-to-cut sticker labels for my micro-business, all on printer-paper size stock. I love my Maker, and I use it regularly. And the Joy Xtra is my go-to when I'm working in that size paper format.

This little machine is so versatile, so fun to use, that i am amazed that people don't have it. A good size for most cuts, the Cricut Joy Extra is a great option for those who don't want to commit to one of the larger machines. Definitely recommend!

That is actually my Christmas gift to my friend. She really wants one and is really expensive. We have only settled here in Maui and are currently working as teachers. We are still paying off our huge loans and buying that for a good price did make us happy. She tested it, and it worked soooo well! Thank you for this deal. You made teachers like us very happy!

I bought this to cut out components for my tabletop game prototypes. Once I'd worked out a way to achieve precise positioning (by adding a reference point to my cutting templates in Cricut Design Space) I was able to achieve excellent results every time. The capacity for A4 materials made this the ideal budget machine for me. I've cut hundreds of game cards and components on 300gsm card and this has enabled me to produce prototypes of a high standard without having to use a manufacturing service.

I've used this machine for a few years; it is my go-to for work. I can prep crafts and decorations for my classroom, and I gift machines to others in similar jobs because I find them so useful. I haven't found too many errors in how well it cuts the materials I use.

Works as expected cutting vinyl and sticker paper, it does have trouble cutting through laminated paper however, even with the pressure set to more. Especially so with holographic laminate etc, so to fix that I copy and pasted my stickers on top of each other so it would cut it out twice and that seemed to work. Also it does NOT come with the sticky mat, which is needed if you want to cut anything other than the cricut smart vinyl. It would be helpful if it said this on the site but it does not unfortunately. Other than that I'm pretty happy with it!

Cricut is so NEW to me, and I am still confused how to use load the materials, which side do I place it on. Some are obvious easy, but some are difficult to know which side and then after cut, how to use it? I think I cut the wrong side. Sadly, I am not excited yet. I am a visual learning...reading the instructions still do not help....which side??? I canceled the Subscription since I need to take the time to study both Canvas and Cricut. I purchased JenniferMaker books and I am hoping YouTube videos will help.
