This card mat works great for cutting & writing both outside & Inside the cards

Love the card mats and the xtra is no exception. This makes using the Cricut cards, whether insert, cut away, etc just makes it super easy.

The quality of the Cricut Card mats are better than any off-brand I've tried. Others are less expensive but you do get what you pay for. The Cricut mats last quite a long time. I'm a card maker so I do use them often.

The Cricut Joy xtra is a Joy to use, so easy and fun. It's small enough to take on trips or crafting events. Cuts beautifully! I love it!

This mat works very well for Cricut joy xtra for the sets of pre-folded cards. Note - you'll need to adjust the star wheels.

It does make cute cards, once you figure out how to use it, but I am having trouble getting the card mat to load into my Cricut straight. Of course, I also have trouble loading the larger mat. I hold it, but it invariably slides to one side.

Even being extremely careful loading my mat onto the machine the corners are very vulnerable to bending and cracking, thus the reason I've had to order yet another mat. Once the corners are bent it is extremely difficult to load evenly.

I gave this a one star rating, because my Joy Extra machine doesn't seem to want to recognize it. It reverts to wanting to use the smaller Joy mat, which I no longer have. There must be some kind of instruction as to how to get the machine to recognize this mat!??
