This is so easy to use. It automatically adjusts the temperature and pressure. Just put your cup in for sublimation and it does the rest.

Brought it then it don't want heat and you tell you use 9 mug and it stop working. Don't want give exchange and.not your money back. You pay 118.00 want give you $30.00 back but you still got broken machine. Wow that's how treat customer

Customer Service STINKS!
I got this Mug Press with 4 cups. It came with 2 broken mugs. I've contacted customer service, by chat, to the tune of about 1.5 hrs, promising help in 48 hrs. Never heard back. Tried to take the broken mugs to the store for an exchange, and was told I needed to bring all 4 mugs back. I do not want to mess with getting a refund on the whole package. I just want the 4 mugs I was supposed to get. I will not be buying anything else, online, and while I'm happy with the press, I will broadcast what a pain customer service is. I STILL have 2 broken mugs! Photo will not upload, for proof, either.
