Cricut® Roll Holder

I love this! It holds everything in place and the cutter is perfect. Sometimes I use it just to cut the vinyl.

Fits on to M explore 3 perfectly. Holds the rolls with ease. Makes cutting to size effortless.

Great addition to the set up. Bit disappointed a lot of the 'roll' stock seems to be sold out.

What's useful about the roll holder: I have a limited crafting area and the holder helps keep my materials contained. It's got a cutter on it. It has grooves that fit easily onto ridges on the Maker 3. What's less useful: the cutter is awkward to use and doesn't add that much value. I'm not sure it's a good replacement for scissors or a basic Cricut cutter. The Maker 3 can feed a role of smart material without the holder. It's another thing to store when you're not using it.

It's Okay, but I don't actually use it much because it' only good for using "smart" materials to really work. It doesn't work to hold other rolls that require a matt because the way that it attaches to the front cover drop down cover creates a hump if trying to insert a matt. I tried smart materials when I first got my Cricut a few months ago but quickly realized that they waste a lot of material matt space because of the design limitations set for Cricut Design space that will not allow designs larger than 11.5 inches of total cut width area usage making "Smart" materials extra witdth of 13 inches useless. In my opinion this makes "smart" materials overall a really "dumb" purchase. The program needs to account for the extra width and allow for "smart" materials selection before getting to the "make it" stage.

It's ok but because the machine reads how much you have first and then spits it back out, you have to roll it back up. It also doesn't lock in so it falls off and cracks.

Hard to use, I wish I didn't but it. It thought it would be a good idea with smart vinyl, but I regret buying it

It's hard to be ok with buying this, seeing it go on sale the following week for half price.
