Crimson Desert with Steelbook - PlayStation 5

This is a wonderfully crafted video game. the story takes a back seat, but exploration and adventure is in full tilt here. there is just so much in the game. and the fact I was able to get a steel book version is a total plus. much love to Pearl Abyss for this glorious game.

Initially, the game was receiving terrible reviews and people were already saying it wasnt going to live up to the hype. I still purchased the game day 1 because the game play looked like something I would enjoy, regardless of the reviews. Well turns out this game is amazing and all the hate it was getting was unfounded. The devs listen to the community and have already released major patches to address the concerns from the community. Very impressed not just with the game but with the developers of the game.

I feel like the devs took ideas from like 20 different games and squeezed them all together into a single massive world. Expect to continue learning new mechanics for the first 30-40 hours of gameplay and another 40-60 completing the game. So many things are minimally explained so have Google handy to figure out what the heck “hang from the powered device” even means!! I'm playing on a base ps5, and it's not without its flaws. The lighting can be rough at times, especially indoors. Outside, it's absolutely gorgeous. The draw distance is insane. All in all though, I'm very impressed with just how much there is to do. So many interesting things to interact with. I'll prob be slowly chipping away at the game for the next year.

Great game and the steelbook edition from Walmart is awesome, is way better than the one in the collector's edition. I hope Walmart keeps giving special editions of games, really worth it!!!! 10/10

This game just keeps on getting better and better. Already have over 300 hours played and still have so much stuff to do and many places left to explore. What an incredible world they have built!

I absolutely love this game. It's the perfect blend of every game I've ever truly enjoyed. It is a slow burn and there is a steep learning curve but the payoff is an amazingly interactive and lively world I look forward to just wandering around in.

it's an amazing game and the steel cases of awesome display piece it's just too bad that the availability is almost non existent.

$70 to look at a loading screen for the last 5 days and still no update movement yet. Developers rushed this game out with a lot of problems then decided to fix it all with an updated patch that is now costing people time to play it. I would highly recommend finding a different game

game is really good but ran into a bug which made me start a new game they really need to fix it careful doing the union quest...
