CRKT Provoke Sheath Durable Thermoplastic Sheath: D4040

I regretted selling my previous copy of the Caswell Kinematic knife (what a concept!) Instantly. When I found one for sale I snapped it up,but it had no sheath. The sheath! For me, the knife and the sheath have a synergistic relationship. The first thing I did was to order a sheath from CRKT. The arrived before the knife did ! Perfect fit, perfect tension from the Kydex mold and a nice price to boot. All in all a great experience!

Fits perfect. . nice and snug. Will not fall out accidentally. Put on included belt clip and wears perfectly for quick deployment.

The sheath itself is amazing. Solid hold, smooth draw, and tough. Just what I was hoping. My issue is the belt clips. Some instructional material would be nice. Once I figured it out, I realized the clips won't work for my needs.

Wish it had a pocket clip, just falls in my pocket.

I was hoping for a simple slide on holder for the sheath. This one requires a (provided) system of flanges and nuts/bolts that attach to the sheath, and this assembly then clamps onto the belt. I guess some folks appreciate this feature but I'd rather be able simply slide the sheath over the belt or pocket. I love the product: great quality innovative design, but, well, you asked.

I ordered two of these from Amazon and one directly from CRKT. In all cases, the sheath did not fit the belt clip. The sheath does not match the image on their site. It looks like the image used for the compact version. CRKT was unable to resolve the issue, so I returned the item.
