Croakies do the job nicely
I use these to keep my glasses on while exercising (walking, mostly). They work well and are easy to put on and adjust.

One of the crucial loops and bands to hold the eyeglass earpieces was not very well-designed, or else it was missing a part, because it did not hold the earpiece very securely.
