It worked. It definitely works. I just wish that I were a better cook and that the grocery store would discount more meat more often. I only used it once because most of the time ground beef is all that is in my price range.
2 quart size perfect for 2 persons. Easy to clean. Easy storage.
Exactly the size I was looking for, plus it is a name brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes, I feel like I don't want to go down into the basement and grab my 6 quart crockpot. Enter this 2 quart slow cooker! It's small enough to keep in my kitchen and it has been used countless times since we received it. Whether I want to make something like buffalo chicken dip or artichoke dip, the size is great for a group of 4-6 adults. When my husband and I get raw meats from the meat dept, I have started tossing it in here- with plenty of space to spare! Lately, my favorite is buying preseasoned chicken thighs and putting it on high for 4-6 hours. Although small, it is powerful enough to cook meats and potatoes. I'm very happy to have decided on a smaller size!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little gem of an appliance is awesome. I'm a crockpot-aholic. If I can cook it in a crockpot I will and if I can't I will find a way. My hubby just recently started working out of town so cooking for just me in a crockpot didn't seem very advantageous. Way too many days of leftovers and would most likely get tossed. So this smaller version is a way better decision if I want to continue my crockpot addiction. I was concerned about hot spots because it was so small but I haven't found any yet. The heat runs evenly through the whole crock just like the larger units do. It holds just enough for one night of dinner and one day of leftovers which is plenty. I'm pretty glad I found this because it's made my kitchen life a little easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is small, there are only three of us. So, sometimes I don't need a huge crockpot to use. This 2-quart pot is perfect for us. I had made chili one evening, and my husband was running late from work, so I just put the chili in this small crockpot to keep it warm. It worked beautifully. The chili was still hot and ready to go whenever my husband did make it home. Even if you have a larger family, you can still use this pot. It is perfect for dips. I love making homemade nachos with it. You can even do soups. It is small, so it doesn't take up a lot of space in your cabinet either. It does have an Off switch, Low, High, and Warm. You really can't mess up your dish with this little pot. It's great to have.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple sizes of crockpots however this is my favorite size. It is perfect for two to three people. I like to make various dips and sauces for a good movie night in so this crockpot was literally made for me. I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Crock-Pot 2-Quart Classic Slow Cooker! It is small but packs a big punch! It is perfect for small families or those with small homes or for college dork, campers, etc. It is stainless steel so it is durable and made well. It performs well also. I highly recommend this slow cooker!
I just bought this little 2 quart crock-pot a few days ago. I love the size but there are some annoying features: the lid moves around and doesn't fit snug so be careful when trying to carry the pot and lid. The biggest and most disappointing thing: there is no indicator light. It looks like there would be an indicator light to indicate what setting you're on but there isn't. Poor design feature in my opinion.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great crockpot if you're making a small side, dip or meal. Most recipes will need to be cut in 1/2 to get most of the ingredients to fit into it. If you're looking for something that is easy to transport and/or a meal that will last 1-2 days then it's perfect. Easy to use features. Make sure you are home when you use it, because it does not have a timer.
