A beautiful and reliable peice of cookware
I love a good price of cast iron, this peice has good weight and a beautiful coating. In recent bread making adventures I've noticed it takes on a deeper red when the pot comes out of the oven and holds up well to the temp well for exstend cook time(30 min preheat 30 min cook with lid 15 mins without for one loaf. And I usually do at least 2). Have yet to do a soup but with 7 qt. to play with there will be very little at all that it wont be able to handle.

would recommend for others but didn't realize was same size as other circular one I have so I'm returning.
