I have not had a chance to use it yet, but this thing is a really great and solid quality product. I can tell by the feel and the materials that's made out of. My wife is going to love it.

Heavy duty pan!
Beautiful green verde color. I was needing a heavy duty pan that could do a multitude of cooking and this was perfect. I absolutely love it!

Great size and look, heats evenly.
Love this piece of cookware! I had a 3.2qt from a different brand that chipped after a year or so of regular use and I don't regret upgrading to this larger size. It feels sturdy without being absurdly heavy and I love the pop of color it provides. Everything I've cooked has heated evenly on my induction and coil burners with no trouble.

Poor Quality
Beautiful braiser but very poor quality. The enamel on the handle chipped down to the cast iron on the first use. This item was used as directed and handwashed. I will be returning.
