Why did I wait so long?
I have never been a fan of crocs, but my kids wanted some badly. I finally caved for Christmas and got them each a pair. Why didn't I do this sooner? They are great for just about anywhere we go and I cannot get over how washable they are! Should have done it ages ago!

Not a quality product & they don't stand behind it
Shoes fell apart within three months. Contacted customer service, but they said we are outside of their window by 1.5 weeks. Too much to pay for a shoe that falls apart 3 months later, especially when they're not worn daily. We LOVED crocs- I've bought over a dozen pairs between my two kids in the last couple years, but I guess we will look elsewhere if they don't stand behind their product.
