Crosley Cambridge Stainless Steel Top Kitchen Island

Kitchen island, perfect size and fast shipping.

This was the best easy Kit I have every put together in my 80 years. The unit just looks great in our up-great kitchen. I recommend. Sale folks were very helpful, Product just grate,Packing and deliver very good, you will not believe it until you get something from them.

We purchased the white base with stainless steel top. It was decently easy for my boyfriend to put together mainly by himself and seems to be well built and sturdy. Because of the space we wanted to place it at, we left off the towel rack on one side of the island. Surprisingly, this island came with the option of wood feet or rolling casters

This kitchen island is actually replacing a countertop that was placed in our kitchen without base cabinets. After searching high and low for reasonably priced cabinet solutions, we decided to take it down and put this in its place a week ago. This was exactly what we needed - something less than 20"" deep, without wheels, and wide enough to allow us plenty of storage for kitchen appliances and utensils. In addition, it matches our upper cabinets pretty well. Our tiny NYC micro kitchen is finally organized and functional, and all under budget! We spent about 2 hours assembling this piece. It came very well packaged (maybe toooo well - the amount of waste from this was a bit overwhelming), with extra hardware and the tools required. The instructions weren't terrible to follow though we are flat pack furniture assembly experts at this point :) It had a slight chemical odor, but we wiped it down before placing our cookware inside and the smell was gone within a day. The stainless top has been a breeze to keep clean and disinfect.

Used as extra storage in kitchen. My daughter put it together before I got home to do it. Looks great.

Higher quality than I expected. Went together perfectly....took about 11/2 hrs working alone.

The island is nice, smaller then I had wanted but that's my fault I measured incorrectly. Had a few issues with delivery , fed ex fault not Hayneedle. But Hayneedle customer service was the best I've ever dealt with. Even with the problems I had I would certainly order from them again. Lovely little island. FYI the island come in 3 separate packages. The stainless steel and legs are shipped separate.

Be prepared to spend several hours assembling it together. Directions are confusing. Once it’s put together, it’s beautiful!

The kitchen island was fairly easy to assemble, but when we went to put the stainless steel top on the center was warped and would not allow the center camlock to be installed. I broke 2 trying to install with pressure in the middle of the top. I went to put the legs on the bottom and the studs were installed crooked in the legs. could not install so we installed the wheels. Stainless top is very thin guage metal and could be thicker for durability.
