Had a set on my 2012 Outback and was very pleased, installed a set on the wife's Kia Sorento. These tires are 5-ply, very quiet riding, handles great, expells water great and even did well in light snow. couldn't beat the price, ordered online, shipped to house, scheduled install and there were on in less than 30 minutes...I have no complaints.
Was very skeptical about ordering these tires online. After doing some research on the brand I found them recommended in Car and Driver article so I decided to purchase. Extremely pleased with their performance! I have had them a few months now and have driven through downpours and snow through mountainous terrain and they grip extremely well! They are also incredibly smooth on the highway. These perform as well as the Continental's that they replaced at a fraction of the cost. The installation was seamless as well. I scheduled online during checkout, they called the day before to confirm and verified the tires had arrived. Was in and out in just about an hour but had wipers replaced at the same time.
I had an appointment at 7:30 and I had 4 tires mounted and balanced and was very happy with the customer service they provided to me. I was greeted and was told how everything was going during the appointment, I was out of there in 45 minutes. I will go back in the future when I need service to my car.
No issues at all with tires. BIG PROBLEM....tech did not properly inflate tire. Car was wobbly and all over the road, Went back to have situation corrected. It's a good thing I did not make it to the highway. Shame on you Walmart tech! How could you not inflate the tire? That is tires 101!
Just to be clear, I really like the tires! This is the second time we've bought them. I will probably continue to get these until walmart no longer carries them. They last about 2 years for me. I drive to and from work every day and on my days off we take my car for every chore or family visit. And we take several trips a year in my car. So they work well for me. However...the installation tech was NOT HELPFUL! He told my husband that the lug nuts were cross threaded and he couldn't get them off. When My husband said he would take them off the other shop guy said "no, we can't do it" So we came home and guess what? My husband was able to get the SAME tire off with a 4 way lug wrench! No air tool needed! So we went to a tire shop of a friend of ours and they did it quite easily. The 4 stars was because of the crappy customer service in the shop. The tires are great!
I had my tires balanced and mounted at Walmart in Greenville, Al. I don't recommend using their service. when I left, the tires were not aired up the same. I had one tire at 48psi, 2 at 34 psi, and 1 at 36psi. The tires are rated for max psi of 45. Two of the valve caps were left off. Very shoddy work.
The price, the quality the work to install everything was great i had no complaints, the only reason why they lost a start is because i bought 4 tires and they could not find the 4th one he had to go hunt down my other one and that was a 20 minute endeavor.
Tires are nice overall service was very strange it seemed as if no one really knew what they were doing just running around complaining about everything it seems that it is just this particular Walmart service center in chesterfield Michigan. I went the following week for the tires I ordered for my truck and the same thing happened just complaining about it being to busy it got to be a total joke. I won't be back to that Walmart service center
Purchased/installed in May, had to replace in December of same year. Less than 10k miles (mostly highway) on tires and they were worn down to 2mm tread depth
I would not recommend buying from this seller. My order was canceled twice with the explanation that the listed price was incorrect. The seller refused to honor the price that was advertised in the Walmart app. A few days later, the price was increased, and only then was my order processed. I eventually received the exact same product, but I had to pay the higher price. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. If a product is listed at a certain price, the seller should honor it instead of canceling orders and raising the price afterward.
