Crossmax CHTS-1 Highway Terrain 235/60R18 103V SUV/Crossover Tire

Had a set on my 2012 Outback and was very pleased, installed a set on the wife's Kia Sorento. These tires are 5-ply, very quiet riding, handles great, expells water great and even did well in light snow. couldn't beat the price, ordered online, shipped to house, scheduled install and there were on in less than 30 minutes...I have no complaints.

Was very skeptical about ordering these tires online. After doing some research on the brand I found them recommended in Car and Driver article so I decided to purchase. Extremely pleased with their performance! I have had them a few months now and have driven through downpours and snow through mountainous terrain and they grip extremely well! They are also incredibly smooth on the highway. These perform as well as the Continental's that they replaced at a fraction of the cost. The installation was seamless as well. I scheduled online during checkout, they called the day before to confirm and verified the tires had arrived. Was in and out in just about an hour but had wipers replaced at the same time.

-Economical -Value -Great everyday tire for you're typical everyday driven vehicle Bought this same brand for my car now my spouses mid sized SUV. Works as it should. She's only put maybe 500 miles on them but still looking and working great. I put the Crossmax CT-1 on my compact sedan in 2024 and they still perform fine. No traction or stopping issues.

No issues at all with tires. BIG PROBLEM....tech did not properly inflate tire. Car was wobbly and all over the road, Went back to have situation corrected. It's a good thing I did not make it to the highway. Shame on you Walmart tech! How could you not inflate the tire? That is tires 101!

3 months in and already blew a sidewall. So to be fair I'm giving these a 3 star instead of 1 due to the fact that I hit a pretty large chunk of concrete at 30mph, was unavoidable. With that said I have done similar with Goodyear and Pirelli without this catastrophic failure. The bad part is these aren't carried in any of the centers so I will have to wait about 1 week for a replacement, but that's my own doing by going with a no name brand. But other than that they have preformed better than I expected, nice and quiet, good traction in the rain and track really well. So we'll see how the rest of their life goes.

Purchased/installed in May, had to replace in December of same year. Less than 10k miles (mostly highway) on tires and they were worn down to 2mm tread depth

ordered them in advance with a appointment for install, Walmart kept my appointment and did not inform me the wrong tires came in never ordered new ones for my appointment that was scheduled for a week out very disappointed in Walmart as I had to rush to get the tires so I can make it to my wife's open heart surgery after waiting for a week for the appointment and I thought Walmart would have the stuff together and her appointment was actually the next day thank the Lord tire kingdom had my tires shipped that day and put on her truck and had us at her surgery on time

beware of auto mgr if wanting to save your used tires with tread because he will replace them with bald tires or tell you they have already gone and unable to find them even if just a short time, also told them of keeping the tires. they also used some kind of adhesive on the tires which will give white stain

The tires are good .JUST BE CAUTIOUS OF THE Walmart SHELL GAME WITH THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY I WAS TOLD AT THE STORE THAT THE TIRES I WANTED HAD TO BE ORDERED . 1 MONTH INTO THE OWNERSHIP OF THIS TIRE I TOOK IT BACK FOR A ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY CLAIM I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW TIRE ( LET ME REPEAT PURCHASE A NEW TIRE UNDER THE WARRANTY ) AGAIN 1 MORE TIME PURCHASE A NEW TIRE ) THEN THEY WILL CHANGE IT ONCE IT COMES IN. I ASKED IF THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY ON THESE TIRES IS GOOD AT ANY WALMART ( IN CASE I HAVE ANY ISSUE WHILE TRAVELING IN ANOTHER STATE ) AND THE EMPLOYEE AT THE TIRE CENTER SAID YES THEY NEVER TOLD MY THAT ANY OTHER STORE I GO TO IN COUNTRY THE TIRE WOULD HAVE TO ORDERED AND SHIPPED TO THE STORE AND PAID FOR BEFORE THEY WILL FIX IT UNDER THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY . Customer service is horrible The store lost track of my tire after 6 hours on the phone with customer service 6 trips to the store MY ISSUE FINALLY GOT FIXED AFTER DRIVING AROUND WITH A NAIL IN MY TIRE FOR 8 DAYS . Phone customer SERVICE reads from the cooperate script we are sorry there nothing we can do and the stores attitude is well we got your money already so have a nice day. well trained corporate managers at the store. The employee have no control over the corporate policy. The managers are only trained to give the company party line of we are sorry for inconvenience. Like i stated the tires are good CORPORATE CUSTOMER CARE IS HORRIBLE. I POST THIS PROBLEM SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SAME NIGHTMARE AS I DID WITH WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE . THE TIRES ARE GOOD JUST GET THEM AT A LOCAL TIRE BUSINESS IN YOUR AREA THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. I AM NOT SAYING ALL WALMARTS ARE LIKE THIS OR TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS I AM JUST GIVING YOU MY EXPERIENCE. AND IF YOU SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO WALMART'S CUSTOMER S SERVICE BY EMAIL OR PHONE THEY WILL HAVE THE STORE MANAGER CALL YOU MOST LIKELY THE SAME PERSON YOU ALREADY SPOKE WHO IS TRAINED TO GIVE YOU THE COMPANY LINE OF SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WE WILL SPEAK TO OUR MEMBERS AND MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM YOU HAD NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. THAT IS GREAT FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER WHO GETS TO BENEFIT FROM MY PROBLEMS (YEAH) the tires are good just get them someplace else.

I bought these tires at Walmart in Tomball TX 77375 . Nice looking tires but they have manufacturing defect. Even after balancing, the car still shakes constantly once it goes over 60 mph. This didn't happen with the old tires. Walmart does not accept responsibility for the tires because they were purchased online from another supplier. 400 dollars thrown down the drain I don't recommend Walmart or these tires.
